Sam Schumacher - Executive Director

Sam is originally from Casselton, North Dakota. He earned his bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Dakota Wesleyan University in May 2015, where he was also a member of the university's baseball team. He continued his education at DWU, completing a master's degree in Education and Administration Policy while serving as a graduate assistant baseball coach.

Following his time in Mitchell, South Dakota, Sam became the Head Baseball Coach at Northland Community and Technical College in Thief River Falls, Minnesota, a role he held for four years.

Most recently, Sam worked in the nonprofit sector as a Scholarship and Alumni Specialist with The Barry Foundation, where he served for three years. 

Sam and his wife, Mikayla, have a daughter, Vivian, and a labrador retriever, Nala.
